These terms cover this website and the Mizusu texting service, operated by SUZZU, LLC dba Mizusu (“Mizusu”, “we”, “us”), based in New York. By using the website or the texting service, you agree to them.

What Mizusu is

Mizusu makes simple, honest treats for dogs and cats, sold through our TikTok Shop, and offers a texting service that helps you keep a journal of your pet’s everyday care. Purchases made on TikTok Shop are governed by TikTok’s terms and processed by TikTok, not on this website.

Not veterinary advice

The Mizusu texting service is not veterinary care and does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is an informational journal and companion. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your pet’s health, and if you think your pet may be having an emergency, contact a veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately — do not wait for a text message.

The texting program

• When you text Mizusu, you agree to receive automated replies — generated with AI — at the number you texted from. We message you in reply to your messages; we do not send scheduled or promotional texts.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact support@mizusu.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

• Only opt in with a phone number you own or control.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, to harm others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
• Information you share should be accurate — the journal we keep is built from what you tell us.

Content and ownership

The Mizusu name, logo, and site content are ours. The information you send us about your pet remains yours; you give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limits

The website and texting service are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUZZU, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the texting service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
