Mizusu is operated by SUZZU, LLC dba Mizusu (“Mizusu”, “we”, “us”), based in New York. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it — on this website and in the Mizusu texting service.
What we collect
On this website: very little. We have no accounts and no forms. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) to run and secure the site.
In the Mizusu texting service (when you text our number or message us on a connected messaging platform):
- your phone number or messaging handle;
- the messages you send us — including anything you choose to share about your pet — and our replies;
- message metadata (timestamps, delivery status);
- your consent and opt-out records.
How we use it
- to provide the service: answering the messages you send us and keeping the pet journal you ask us to keep;
- to provide customer support;
- to keep records the law requires (such as consent records).
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not being shared with any third parties.
Service providers
We use service providers to run Mizusu, each only to do their job for us: Twilio (message delivery), Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), and AI service providers that process message content so we can generate replies. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Texting: opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while you use the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — text us, or email support@mizusu.com — and we will delete it, except records we must keep by law.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
