Our Commitment

At Mizusu, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@mizusu.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided label

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 2-3 business days for inspection
  • 5-7 business days for refund to appear in your account

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Food products and treats
  • Supplements and vitamins
  • Personal care items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@mizusu.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
